The Role: Strategic Fundraising Advisor

• Capital Strategy: Design our fundraising roadmap targeting B2B SaaS and enterprise software investors
• Investor Relations: Leverage your network in enterprise SaaS, GRC, and ESG investment spaces
• Strategic Positioning: Position us in the massive ESG/GRC software market and growing enterprise risk management sector
• Deal Execution: Guide valuation, term sheets, and investor negotiations
