Job summary

Executive Network Legal Ltd is seeking a Finance Business Partner (FP&A) to partner with senior stakeholders in Birmingham. You will deliver high-quality financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting, using robust modelling to support strategic decisions.

You'll lead the budgeting and forecasting for Business Services, develop KPIs, and provide commercial challenge while mentoring junior FP&A colleagues. Flexible hybrid working and competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with strong FP&A/finance business partnering experience.
• Excellent analytical and financial modelling skills.
• Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting.
• Develop robust financial models and investment appraisals for strategic decisions.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting for Business Services functions and produce meaningful KPIs.
• Mentor junior FP&A team members and provide commercial challenge.
