Job summary

All About Food Ltd in Manchester is seeking an FP&A Manager to own financial planning, forecasting and performance reporting across the business. You will turn data into actionable insights, partnering with Sales, Brand and Supply Chain to drive better commercial decisions.

You'll manage core FP&A routines, coordinate forecasts, build robust models and deliver clear, decision-ready reporting. The role reports to the Senior Commercial Finance Manager and requires strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Part qualified, recently qualified or qualified by experience with strong commercial finance capability.
• Organised, accurate and able to manage multiple planning cycles and deadlines.
• Understand drivers of revenue, cost, margin and working capital and their impact on performance.
• Able to analyse data, challenge assumptions and translate insights into practical recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate core forecasting and planning processes with clear timelines and inputs.
• Produce performance reporting explaining key drivers of sales, margin, cost and profit vs budget and prior year.
• Partner with Commercial Finance and Sales to challenge forecast assumptions and improve accuracy.
• Own the annual budget, rolling forecast and scenario planning cycles with high-quality models and templates.
• Identify trends, risks and opportunities across brands and categories and turn analysis into actions.
• Improve FP&A processes by simplifying routines and strengthening controls.
• Ensure planning and reporting outputs reconcile to month-end results with Finance.
• Support system and reporting improvements across Excel, Power BI, SharePoint and Anaplan.
• Build financial awareness by making complex information clear and useful.
