Job summary

Exclaimer, a high-growth UK-based SaaS company, is seeking a VP/Director of FP&A to build and lead our planning, forecasting, and strategic data framework. You will own SaaS metrics, unit economics, and capital allocation, partnering with GTM and product to enable an exit with insights from data across Salesforce, Stripe, NetSuite, and Databricks.

The role emphasizes real-time funnel velocity, cohort analytics, and board-ready reporting, reporting to the CFO.

Qualifications

• Experience in SaaS FP&A and strategic planning.
• Ability to model high-velocity GTM motions and complex partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Architect multi-motion GTM FP&A framework and capacity planning.
• Lead data wrangling and BI to provide executive visibility.
• Forecasting, budgeting, and rolling reforecasts tied to cash flow and balance sheet dynamics.
• Support M&A activities and board materials.
