Job summary

Lucy Group Ltd, through its Blakley Electrics Ltd subsidiary, seeks a Financial Reporting Manager to lead monthly reporting, assist with forecasting and budgeting, and support the year-end process. Qualifications

• Experience in deadline-driven FP&A within manufacturing or engineering.
• Proven ability to implement and improve financial processes.
• Fully qualified accountant or finalist (ACA/ACCA or CIMA).

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly management accounts and provide financial commentary.
• Assist with year-end statutory accounts preparation.
• Ensure UK GAAP compliance and internal policies.
• Collaborate with Financial Accounting to maintain controls and reporting.
