Qualifications

• Background in financial reporting and FP&A within manufacturing or engineering environments.
• Ability to implement and improve financial processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate monthly management accounts and financial commentary.
• Assist with year-end statutory accounts preparation.
• Maintain financial controls and support financial reporting.
• Prepare reports for company tax packs to Group.
• Support quarterly forecasting, annual budgets and medium-term planning.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Sales and Engineering to deliver forecasting inputs.
• Develop and maintain financial models for scenario planning, pricing reviews and margin analysis.
• Analyse revenue, cost drivers and working capital to identify improvement opportunities.
• Prepare reports to feed into the cashflow forecasting model.
• Support make-or-buy decisions, Capex, appraisal and ROI analyses.
