Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking an FP&A Analyst to support UK Road Transportation and contribute to regional FP&A across Europe. You will blend hands-on financial analysis with business partnering to drive automation and data-driven insights.

The role offers a development path toward Senior Financial Analyst, with exposure to senior stakeholders and cross-country finance projects. Hybrid working and a competitive salary are provided as part of a international logistics leader.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance or related field and professional accounting qualification.
4–7+ years FP&A, financial controlling or business partnering experience.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into business insights.
Experience with Power BI and advanced Excel preferred.

Responsibilities

Support monthly close, reporting and financial performance analysis for UK Road Transportation.
Analyze revenue, margins, costs, headcount, fleet expenses and productivity.
Prepare management reports, dashboards and performance reviews.
Investigate variances and provide actionable recommendations.
Support budgets, forecasts and long-range planning.
Develop Power BI dashboards and self-service reporting solutions.
Collaborate with European teams on FP&A across Road Transportation and Freight Forwarding.
