Job summary

Kraken in the United Kingdom is seeking a high-calibre FP&A Analyst with a background in investment banking, private equity, or top-tier strategy roles to join our global finance team.

You'll build pragmatic financial models, own budgeting/forecasting processes, and partner with commercial, product, and operations leaders to align financial outcomes with strategic initiatives, while working in a fast-moving, scaling SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Advanced Google Sheets or Excel proficiency.
• SQL knowledge.
• Experience with BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Pigment/Anaplan is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Financial Modelling: Build simple and pragmatic analysis and maintain complex models for scenarios and risk assessments.
• Budgeting, Performance Analysis & Forecasting: Support annual budgeting and develop KPI reporting.
• Data guru: Master data sources and create scalable dashboards.
• Operational problem solving: Diagnose bottlenecks and implement data-driven solutions.
• Executive Materials: Prepare high-quality analyses and board-ready materials.
• Business Partnering: Align financial outcomes with strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams.
