Michael Page is seeking an FP&A Analyst for a permanent role based in Uxbridge. The position focuses on producing clear financial analysis to support planning and decision-making within the FMCG sector.

You will manage budgeting, forecasting, and management information processes, turning data into practical insights for non-finance stakeholders. The role requires advanced Excel and experience with planning tools.

Formación

• Experience preparing financial analysis for budgeting and forecasting.
• Able to analyse financial data and explain variances clearly.
• Experience producing management information and reports.
• Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis processes.
• Organise financial information accurately for planning.
• Confidently present financial insight in a clear, practical way.
• Advanced Excel with Power Query, Power Pivot and modelling.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare financial analysis to give stakeholders a clear view of business performance.
• Support budgeting activities by gathering, reviewing and presenting relevant financial information.
• Contribute to forecasting cycles, helping the business plan for expected financial outcomes.
• Analyse variances between planned and actual results, highlighting key drivers for review.
• Produce regular management information that supports timely decision-making.
• Work with Accounting & Finance colleagues to maintain accurate and consistent planning data.
• Present financial findings in a clear format for non-finance stakeholders.
