Contract type: Permanent, Full Time 35 Hours

Salary: £39,969 depending on experience

Role Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Strategic Fire Safety Advisor to join our specialist team. This role involves designing and implementing fire safety policies, providing expert guidance, managing risks, and promoting best practices across our organization.

Main Duties
  1. Driving exemplary fire safety practices across all workplaces.
  2. Monitoring and ensuring compliance with fire safety regulations and standards.
  3. Designing and delivering fire safety training sessions and audits.
  4. Communicating effectively and fostering a safety culture.
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum of NEBOSH Fire Certificate (or equivalent) and affiliation with a recognized fire safety institute.
  • Experience in a Fire Safety Advisor role within a multi-site environment, preferably in the Housing Sector.
  • Knowledge of building regulations and British Standards related to fire safety.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using it to produce reports, statistics, and training materials.
Additional Information

The candidate should be a team player, proactive in achieving a safety culture, and willing to undertake personal development. Travel to other sites may be required, so a UK driving license and access to a vehicle are desirable.
