Job summary

Crazy Bear Group is seeking a Financial Controller to oversee the Group’s day-to-day finance function and provide clear, commercial insight to support decision-making. You will work with Directors, the Board and senior management to ensure accurate reporting and proactive financial management.

The role requires managing payroll, VAT, statutory accounts and the budgeting process, while driving improvements across systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with UK/IFRS knowledge.
• Experience in management accounts, budgeting and cash-flow forecasting.
• Strong ability to produce Board-level reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day finance function for the Group.
• Lead, develop and monitor the in-house finance team.
• Review monthly, quarterly and annual management accounts.
