Job summary
Geomiq, the UK’s leading Digital Manufacturing Marketplace, is seeking an accomplished Financial Controller to lead the finance function at scale. Reporting to the CEO, you will own financial control, reporting, planning and cash management, providing the leadership team with a clear view of performance.
This role combines rigorous governance with commercial insight to strengthen the fundamentals, build a scalable finance function and support Geomiq’s growth in a technology‑led manufacturing
Qualifications
- Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CA or equivalent.
- 8+ years experience in a Financial Controller or comparable accounting position.
- Proven ownership of financial reporting, controls, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and business performance.
- Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting requirements, statutory reporting, audit, tax compliance and financial governance.
Responsibilities
- Own the integrity, accuracy and timely delivery of Geomiq’s financial results.
- Lead the month-end and year-end close, statutory reporting, audit, tax compliance and balance sheet control.
- Provide the CEO and leadership team with clear reporting on performance, risks and priorities.
- Set the financial standards, controls and operating rhythm for the business.
