• Experienced Finance and Payroll Manager
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and management accounting skills
• Excellent communication of financial information to non-financial colleagues

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day finance and payroll operations and the development of the finance function
• Oversee monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with payroll, pension, VAT and audit requirements
• Collaborate with budget holders and senior leaders to support strategic decisions
• Develop finance systems and controls and mentor the finance team
