RNLI in Poole is seeking a Strategic Finance Partnering Manager to lead a high‑impact finance partnering function and support the 5‑Year Plan (2026–2030) with senior leaders across the organisation.

You will coach finance professionals, ensure robust governance, and champion value-for-money in donor funds while aligning financial insights with strategic priorities and delivering sustainable, affordable funding decisions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior finance business partnering.
• Influencing senior leaders in a complex org.
• Experience leading and developing finance professionals.
• Experience supporting business cases, investments, forecasts and budgets.
• Strong understanding of financial controls and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high performing Strategic Finance Partnering capability.
• Hold senior partnering responsibility for a key directorate.
