Job summary
Holland & Barrett in the United Kingdom is seeking a Finance Business Partner to support its Wellness Solutions portfolio, partnering with senior leaders as we scale new propositions across Weight Management, Diagnostics and our Health & Wellness App.
You’ll be the lead Finance partner for the area - bringing commercial insight, financial challenge and clear decision support to both day-to-day performance and longer-term investment decisions.
Qualifications
- Experience in Finance Business Partnering or FP&A with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to build detailed financial models and explain commercial stories clearly.
- Strong analytical and commercial judgement for business cases.
Responsibilities
- Act as the lead Finance partner to Wellness Solutions leadership.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning across the portfolio.
- Provide clear insight on performance, risks and opportunities.
- Build financial models and business cases for new propositions.
- Carry out scenario modelling, ROI analysis and commercial evaluation.
- Support investment decisions across Weight Management, Diagnostics and App.
- Track delivery against approved business cases and objectives.
- Establish meaningful KPIs and partner with cross-functional teams.
