Independent Commission for Reconciliation and Information Recovery (ICRIR) invites applications for a Finance Business Partner to lead key workstreams, report to the Head of Finance and Corporate Reporting, and deliver in a fast-paced public sector environment in London. The role requires a qualified accountant with PQE and excellent technical, analytical, and presentation skills.

Formación

• Fully qualified accountant with 2+ years PQE in a finance environment.
• Strong technical skills in financial reporting including journals, accruals, budgeting and variance analysis.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for analysis and presentations.
• Experience in government/public sector finance is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide high-quality financial information within agreed timescales.
• Lead Finance Business Partnering processes with regular budget meetings and technical support.
• Assist with monthly management accounts and ensure timely, clear reporting to senior management.
• Manage budget and forecast against the Outline Business Case and monitor risks and pressures.
• Advise on budget management, in-year expenditure monitoring and preparation of Estimates.
• Support business areas as the finance contact to monitor and manage their budgets.
• Engage with external and internal auditors to ensure efficient audit processes and implement recommendations.
