Job summary

Parkdean Resorts seeks an experienced Finance Business Partner to work with Regional Directors and park teams, translating trading and financial data into clear actions to drive cost control, performance, and trading outcomes.

You will input ROI analyses, support robust budgeting and forecasting, and build dashboards to monitor KPIs across 65 parks, providing insightful month-end summaries to guide strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant with post-qualification experience
• Experience in leisure, hospitality or multi-site operations a plus
• Forecasting and budgeting experience required
• Ability to provide financial insight to non-financial stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Act as business partner to parks and Regional Directors, translating financial data into actionable insight
• Input into ROI and park level analyses; assist forecasting updates
• Support business planning through robust financial analysis and modelling
• Analyse anomalies with central teams; provide forecast updates
• Monitor KPIs and benchmarks across parks; build dashboards
• Provide month-end analysis to Regional Directors with data-driven insights
• Create rolling reforecast at park level for cost areas with trading trends
• Support park budgeting with phasing and target reviews with commercial finance
• Proactively support strategic decision-making with data and commercial thinking
