Job summary

Euro Car Parts Limited is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to join the Logistics Leadership Team. You will partner with senior operational leaders to drive financial performance across logistics, warehousing, procurement and distribution.

This role focuses on cost reduction, working capital optimisation and investment appraisal. You will build robust financial models, support strategic decisions and influence senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified.
• Significant experience in Commercial Finance or Finance Business Partnering.
• Strong understanding of logistics and supply chain operations.
• Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and challenging operational decisions.
• Strong commercial mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Advanced Excel and experience using ERP systems
• Experience leading finance transformation projects.
• Strategic thinking combined with hands-on commercial delivery.
• Ability to translate financial information into actionable business insights.
• Knowledge of SOX ( Sarbanes-Oxley) controls & compliance favourable

Responsibilities

• Partner with COO and Senior Leaders across Logistics, Supply Chain, Transport.
• Support Head of Logistics & Operations.
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting
• Provide commercial insight into transport, warehousing and distribution costs.
• Drive productivity initiatives and identify opportunities for cost optimisation.
• Develop robust financial models and business cases to support capital investment decisions.
• Analyse operational KPIs including: Cost per delivery/ Case, Warehouse productivity, Inventory performance, Freight costs
• Oversee month-end performance reviews, variance analysis.
• Lead on executive reporting.
• Over-see USGAAP reporting, and make sure compliance is followed.
