Job summary

Mace is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner in the United Kingdom to support Enabling Functions and partner with leaders across People, Digital, Finance, Marketing, Legal and Corporate Services.

The role focuses on budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and providing financial leadership, challenge and insight to maximise value creation. It requires independence, stakeholder influence and a drive for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Minimum five years post-qualification experience in Finance Business Partnering, FP&A or related roles.
• Proven ability to operate independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience handling overheads, shared services or corporate functions.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the primary finance lead for designated Enabling Functions with high autonomy.
• Building relationships with senior stakeholders and acting as a trusted advisor.
• Supporting strategic decision making with commercial insight and robust challenge.
• Delivering budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting for functions.
• Identifying cost transparency and accountability linked to priorities.
• Developing robust financial models and scenario analyses for strategic decisions.
