Job summary

CSL is seeking a Regional Finance Business Partner for the EuCan Cluster. The role supports the Head of Finance across Canada, UK & Ireland, France, Italy, Spain, and Portugal, driving insights and strategic decision-making in a highly visible regional function.

You will partner with Finance and Commercial leaders, develop dashboards, and coordinate planning across markets to enable growth and operational excellence.

• Provide financial analyses, insights, and recommendations for leadership discussions.
• Perform variance analyses and identify key drivers.
• Develop executive presentations and management reports for decision-making.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and outlook cycles across EuCan markets.
• Monitor KPIs and support dashboards and reporting tools.
• Drive data quality, reporting automation, and standardization across markets.
• Collaborate with country Finance Business Partners and FP&A teams.
