Job summary

• Significant experience as a senior finance leader in the charitable sector.
• Experience in venue operations management within a complex public-facing organization.
• Experience working with boards and trustees.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy and operational effectiveness for Theatr Clwyd and group entities.
• Provide clear financial advice to the Executive Director, senior leaders and trustees; strengthen governance and risk management.
• Oversee finance, visitor experience, IT/systems and facilities through managers responsible for these functions.
• Deliver sustainable resources, systems and infrastructure to support artistic and community ambitions.
