Responsibilities

• Lead strategic financial planning in collaboration with the Farm Director and Trustees.
• Prepare annual budgets and monitor quarterly performance.
• Provide monthly reporting to budget holders and the Board.
• Oversee year-end accounts with external accountants.
• Identify efficiencies in payroll, procurement, invoicing and expenditure.
• Ensure VAT returns, Gift Aid, and statutory reporting compliance.
• Promote strong financial governance and risk management across operations.
• Provide line management for the Finance Assistant and contribute to SLT decisions.
