An international business in Bristol is seeking a Head of Finance to lead financial operations and strategy. The role involves overseeing financial reporting, budgeting, and risk management, along with collaboration across functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience with ERP systems, specifically SAP. This position offers a competitive salary of £70-85k plus a performance-based bonus with a hybrid working model.

Formación

• Qualified accountant with relevant certifications.
• Proven experience in financial leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of auditing and statutory reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead financial leadership and reporting for the UK business.
• Manage monthly management accounts and budgeting processes.
• Oversee treasury and multi-currency cash flow.

Conocimientos

Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA)

3+ years in a senior finance leadership role

Strong technical background

Experience with multi-currency cash flow

Confident using ERP systems (ideally SAP)
