Qualifications

• Significant senior finance experience within a complex or growing organisation (charity/third sector desirable).
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, management accounts and financial planning skills.
• Proven ability to partner with senior leaders and non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience leading a finance team and developing financial controls.
• Good governance, risk & compliance understanding including VAT and statutory accounts.
• Experience with external audit processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and rolling three-year forecast aligned to priorities.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and performance analysis with variances, risks and opportunities.
• Partner with budget holders and SLT to influence decision making.
• Provide financial advice to CEO, SLT and Trustees.
