Job summary

Aldenham Estate in Hertfordshire is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to drive strategic financial direction, governance and business partnering across a multi-entity portfolio. You will lead a hands-on finance function and collaborate with Directors to shape commercial decisions and long-term growth.

The role offers a high-exposure leadership position with direct access to owners and Directors, a focus on robust reporting, systems transformation and enhancing profitability across property,

Qualifications

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent professional qualification.
• Significant post-qualification experience in a senior finance leadership role.
• Experience operating across a multi-entity structure.
• Strong knowledge of financial controls, governance and statutory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Shape and deliver the Estate's financial strategy and commercial decisions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management and management reporting.
• Drive finance transformation, including replacing Sage 50 and integrating with Re-Leased.
• Oversee governance, controls, treasury and working capital across entities, partnerships and trusts.
• Lead and develop the finance team and partner with operational leadership.
