Dematic is seeking an Execution Controlling Lead in the United Kingdom to partner with operational leaders on forecasting, resource planning and commercial insight. This role offers visibility, autonomy to shape processes, and a path to develop talent within the finance function.

You will lead a small team and drive performance across a project-driven organisation, combining strong financial expertise with strategic influence to improve decision making and efficiency.

• Proven track record in driving performance in project-driven organisations.
• Experience coaching and developing finance professionals.

Aufgaben

• Partner with operational leaders to develop monthly workload and forecast planning.
• Provide financial insight by analysing performance, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support budget, forecast and cost centre management and variances.
• Lead workload and headcount analysis for resource decisions.
• Deliver monthly performance reporting, scorecards and exec presentations.
• Coordinate annual operating plan and budgeting process.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting and forecasting processes.
• Explore AI-driven solutions to improve finance efficiency.
• Lead and develop a team of two finance professionals.
