Berkshire Sensory Consortium in Twickenham is seeking a Senior Schools and Early Years Finance Business Partner to lead a team of finance professionals focused on early years funding. You will advise on strategy, ensure robust funding guidance, and deliver timely, accurate reporting to providers.

You will be a qualified accountant or have substantial finance experience, with knowledge of early years entitlement offers.

• Qualified accountant or significant experience in a finance role.
• Experience in early years finance / entitlement offers is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to lead a team and build strong stakeholder relationships.
• Strong digital and ICT skills with a focus on process improvement.

• Ensure funding is set, administered and reported in line with regulatory requirements.
• Provide robust advice to early years providers and engage with stakeholders.
• Align funding strategy with organizational objectives and report key issues to the Schools Forum lead.
