Job summary

Konecranes is seeking a Finance Manager to lead the UK & Ireland Service finance function. You will partner with Branch Managers to drive performance, manage working capital, and lead four AR staff across the UK & Ireland.

You will influence across finance and operations with strong governance, reporting, and commercial insight. A competitive salary, bonus and pension are offered, along with generous leave and benefits.

Qualifications

Fully qualified ACCA or CIMA accountant.
Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in finance, management accounting or financial control.
Experience leading and developing teams.
Strong commercial and business partnering skills with the confidence to challenge and influence stakeholders.
Experience of forecasting, budgeting, month-end reporting and financial analysis.

Responsibilities

Act as the finance lead for a portfolio of branches across the UK & Ireland.
Manage key month-end reporting activities, including balance sheet reconciliations and accruals.
Prepare and present monthly management accounts and performance reporting.
Lead branch P&L reviews with insight and challenge for operational leaders.
Drive forecasting, budgeting and annual planning processes.
Own and maintain the annual Credit Policy and AR processes.
Support audits and ensure policy compliance.
