Job summary

Together Women Projects in the United Kingdom invites an experienced Director of Finance to lead financial strategy, governance and cashflow management. Working with the Chief Executive, Board and Executive Team, you will shape long-term plans, model scenarios, ensure robust controls and provide high-quality financial insight to support confident decision making.

You will lead the finance function, manage audits, reporting to the Board, and oversee restricted funds and grants.

Qualifications

Significant senior financial leadership experience.
Experience advising Boards, Committees and senior leadership teams.
Experience of budgeting, forecasting, cashflow management and statutory accounts.
Experience of leading audits and working with external auditors.
Experience of developing finance teams and financial systems.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic financial leadership across the organisation.
Lead long-term financial planning, modelling and business planning.
Advise the Chief Executive, Executive Team and Board on financial strategy and sustainability.
Lead the annual budget, management accounts, statutory accounts and forecasts.
Oversee governance, controls, audits and reporting to the Board and Finance Committee.
Develop efficient financial systems, processes and continuous improvement.
