• Significant experience in a senior Finance leadership role.
• Strong background in Accounting, Financial Controlling and Business Controlling.
• Experience leading Finance teams in a complex international organisation.
• Experience partnering with executive stakeholders and senior leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day Finance organisation across IO Interactive's global studios.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning across all studios and entities.
• Oversee Accounting, Financial Controlling and Business Controlling activities.
• Support finance transformation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
