Michael Page Finance is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Controller for a high-visibility role in a manufacturing and supply chain environment in North Bristol. You will lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, partnering with operational leaders to drive performance and decision-making.

The role requires a recognised finance qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) and a track record in improving margins, working capital, and process excellence.

Formación

• Qualified finance professional with ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial environments.
• Proven track record in partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes with clear strategic insights.
• Partner with operational leaders to drive performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Deliver analysis on manufacturing performance, plant efficiency, and profitability.
• Lead inventory management, working capital optimisation, and cash generation initiatives.
• Develop robust financial models and business cases for investments and transformation.
• Ensure statutory accounting, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Oversee month-end and year-end processes with accurate financial information.
• Strengthen financial controls and governance across the business.
• Drive continuous improvements in processes, systems, and controls.
• Support evolution of the business through a major transformation programme.
