Job summary

HEINEKEN UK is seeking a Finance Senior Analyst to join the Strategic Finance team, based in Edinburgh or London. You’ll work across Facilities, Finance, HR, Legal, Corporate Affairs and Digital & Technology to provide financial information, analysis and insight to help budgets and business decisions.

The role covers month-end reporting, forecasting and personnel cost planning, with a focus on improving processes and automation. Hybrid working with three days in the office.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant or working towards a recognised accounting qualification.
• Experience of month-end reporting, financial control and forecasting.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to explain key findings.

Responsibilities

• Manage the month-end close for your areas, with clear commentary on financial performance.
• Share financial results and explain cost drivers to stakeholders.
• Support annual planning and regular forecasting cycles.
• Manage personnel cost forecasting with HR and Finance.
• Monitor cost base with stakeholders and identify cost-efficiency opportunities.
• Coordinate intercompany recharges and cross-OpCo invoicing.
