Job summary

• Strong storytelling, writing and editing skills capable of simplifying complex concepts.
• Experience supporting communications campaigns, announcements and thought leadership programs.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across markets.
• Experience in matrixed or cross-functional environments across geographies.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills for multiple priorities.
• Good judgement, attention to detail, and handling sensitive information responsibly.
• Understanding of traditional and digital media and influencer landscape.
• Commercial awareness and interest in technology, payments and branding of reputation.
• Proactive, curious and collaborative with willingness to learn and test new approaches.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of integrated communications programs that advance business priorities.
• Help build and amplify corporate narratives as a leading technology innovator in commerce and payments.
• Identify storytelling opportunities that showcase innovation, partnerships and impact.
• Create high-quality communications assets: messaging, briefing materials, media and executive content.
• Translate complex topics into clear, audience-relevant communications.
• Partner with in-market, Europe and Global teams to align storytelling across markets.
• Support initiatives around launches, research, partnerships and reputation-building programs.
• Engage with traditional and digital media, communities and influencer voices.
• Monitor trends and identify timely opportunities to strengthen Visa's narrative.
• Support issues management and communications preparedness as required.
• Use measurement and insights to understand impact and improve future activity.
