Job summary

Colliers International is seeking an Estates Manager to provide corporate property management support for a diverse portfolio of offices, retail and industrial units. The role focuses on delivering efficient estate services and strategic advice to maximise profitability and identify new business opportunities within the Colliers UK portfolio.

You will manage client relationships, coordinate landlord interactions, oversee service charges and insurance, and support annual budgeting and reporting

Qualifications

• Excellent organisation and communication skills.
• Experience in property/estate management.
• Ability to manage multiple properties and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• General estate management duties for a defined national or regional portfolio.
• Onboarding of new properties.
• Management of landlord enquiries and lease obligations.
• Liaison with landlords and tenants and enforcement of responsibilities.
• Managing major landlord relationships and landlord consent processes.
• Interpreting lease obligations and enforcing repair covenants.
• Supporting budgeting and reporting cycles.
• Co-ordinating and resolving third party/neighbor requirements and disputes.
• Co-ordinating and managing sublet estate and inspections.
• Collating data and reporting on H&S and environmental performance.
