• Degree educated with HR qualifications.
• Strong leadership in Employee Relations and Industrial Relations.
• Experience building ER capability across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of end-to-end ER and IR strategy.
• Inherit and develop a specialist ER team and function with strong foundations.
• Partner with line managers to shift ownership and build capability.
• Lead escalated ER matters, tribunals and complex cases when needed.
