Job summary

NHS Golden Jubilee University National Hospital invites applications for an experienced eProcurement Manager to lead the Purchasing and Systems Team, oversee electronic procurement platforms, and drive efficient, compliant purchasing across the organisation.

You will partner with the Head of Procurement and stakeholders to improve performance, maximise value for money and shape procurement transformation in a complex healthcare environment. Flexible working options are considered.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading procurement activities and managing procurement systems.
• Extensive knowledge of Public Procurement Legislation and Standing Financial Instructions.
• Experience planning and coordinating purchasing and systems work plans.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for the Purchasing and Systems Team within Procurement.
• Oversee electronic procurement systems and ensure compliant delivery of services.
• Drive procurement performance improvement and value for money initiatives.
• Lead transformation projects, supplier performance reviews and systems development.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing procurement team with professional growth.
