Job summary

Pantheon Ventures Careers is seeking a Senior Enterprise Risk Manager on a fixed-term basis to strengthen risk governance and controls across the business. You will work with senior stakeholders to deliver regulatory readiness, enhance ICS, and drive effective risk management practices.

The role emphasizes collaboration, documentation, and proactive oversight of regulatory commitments, resilience, and data privacy initiatives within a fast-paced asset management environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience within Enterprise Risk, Operational Risk, Internal Controls or risk transformation in financial services.
• Experience supporting risk framework enhancement or governance programmes.
• Strong understanding of risk and control frameworks, including RCSAs and controls documentation.
• Experience implementing or enhancing ICS frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of financial services regulatory expectations and governance requirements.
• Demonstrable experience partnering with senior stakeholders and control owners.
• Excellent analytical, documentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple workstreams, in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in asset management, private markets, banking or investment management is advantageous.
• Experience supporting regulatory engagements or remediation programmes.
• Knowledge of GRC systems.
• Experience developing centralised risk and controls libraries.

Responsibilities

• Enhance and implement the firm's ICS framework.
• Document and assess key processes, risks and controls.
• Centralise risk and control documentation on the governance platform.
• Maintain complete risk and control inventories.
• Challenge and validate control design and effectiveness.
• Support delivery of PIN and PINT regulatory commitments.
• Coordinate with first and second line to evidence deliverables.
• Prepare materials and reporting for regulatory reviews.
• Track progress, risks and dependencies on regulatory milestones.
• Support incident, remediation and data privacy framework work.
• Engage stakeholders and report to governance committees.
