Job summary

Seetec Employment and Skills Ireland is seeking an experienced Employer Services Manager to lead employer engagement strategy across Ireland. You will manage a team, build relationships with regional and national employers, and drive performance using data and BI tools.

The role focuses on delivering sustainable employment opportunities, shaping employer services with senior operations leadership, and aligning with government contracts and industry partners.

Qualifications

• Five years' management experience in recruitment, sales or employer services.
• Experience leading teams and managing resources in changing environments.
• Proven record of exceeding targets.
• Ability to influence across organizational levels.
• Experience building large-scale employer and stakeholder relationships.
• Full, current driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Employer Services Consultant team, driving performance and improving job entry and sustainment outcomes.
• Coach, mentor and support team members through regular performance reviews and development planning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with regional and national employers, creating sustainable employment opportunities.
• Establish collaborative partnerships with key stakeholders and organisations, including Turas Nua and DSP.
• Use Power BI and performance data to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Develop and embed employer engagement best practice across services.
