Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage Employment contracts within your region, ensuring contractual performance targets, quality standards, and financial objectives are consistently achieved.
• Drive performance against KPIs and contractual requirements, taking accountability for operational delivery and customer outcomes.
• Inspire, motivate, and develop geographically dispersed teams, creating a high-performance culture aligned to Seetec's values and continuous improvement principles.
• Manage budgets, profit and loss performance, and financial forecasting to ensure sustainable contract delivery.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including commissioners, Jobcentre Plus, local authorities, and strategic partners.
• Use performance data and management information to identify opportunities for improvement, enhance service delivery, and maximise contract outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with contractual, quality, safeguarding, data protection, and health & safety requirements, promoting best practice across all operations.
• Contribute to the strategic growth and development of the business through service innovation, partnership working, and identifying new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior operational leadership role, managing high-performing and geographically dispersed teams.
• A successful track record of delivering contractual targets, quality standards, and performance outcomes, ideally within a payment-by-results environment.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, with experience managing budgets and driving continuous improvement through the effective use of management information.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills, with the confidence to address underperformance and develop teams to achieve their full potential.
• Outstanding communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective partnerships at all levels. Highly organised with excellent planning, problem-solving, and time management abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and comfortable using data to inform decision-making.
• Experience within employability, skills, employment, or welfare-to-work programmes is desirable, as is a degree-level qualification or equivalent management qualification.
• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region as required.

In return for your dedication, knowledge, and commitment, we're offering a competitive salary of £60,000 to £66,000 per annum (dependent on experience), together with an excellent benefits package including:
