Job summary

Get Set UK is seeking a proactive Employer Engagement role to build and manage relationships with employers across Oxfordshire and Berkshire. You will identify recruitment needs, initiate conversations and convert them into viable employment opportunities for young people aged 18 to 24.

You will own an active pipeline, work closely with Employment Advisors, and travel to meet employers and attend local networks. The role is target- and outcome-focused with measurable results.

Qualifications

• Experience in employer engagement, recruitment, business development, B2B sales or a comparable role.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage an active employer pipeline across the delivery area.
• Initiate conversations by telephone, digital and in person.
• Understand recruitment needs and convert discussions into opportunities.
• Collaborate with Employment Advisors to align opportunities with participant locations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track conversion from prospect to start.
