Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Communications & Public Affairs Manager for the EP & Neuro, EMEA, to drive integrated communications across the region. You will be part of a dedicated CPA team, shaping campaigns across external media, internal channels, and digital platforms.

The role targets an early- to mid-career communicator, focusing on growth milestones, stakeholder engagement, and building strong relationships with market leaders in a matrixed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience in communications, corporate affairs, or public affairs.
• Experience supporting commercial businesses, preferably in healthcare/medtech or regulated industries.
• Deep knowledge of the EMEA region and its nuances.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills; comfortable with IT systems for content posting and distribution.

Responsibilities

• Execute the EMEA communications strategy for EP & Neuro BUs, aligned to growth priorities and milestones.
• Partner with business and regulatory teams to translate priorities into clear campaigns.
• Coordinate across media, internal, digital, and executive channels with the CPA team.
• Own channel management (home, newsletters) for Communications initiatives.
