Job summary

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Communications & Public Affairs Manager for EP & Neuro in EMEA. You will drive the integrated communications strategy across media, executives, internal and digital channels, aligning with growth priorities and milestones.

In a matrix environment, you will partner with Legal, Regulatory, Government Affairs and external agencies to deliver campaigns, measure impact, and share insights from global reports to accelerate execution.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in corporate communications and public affairs across health or regulated industries.
• Experience supporting commercial healthcare businesses and working in a matrixed organization.
• Strong writing, storytelling and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute EMEA communications strategy for EP & Neuro BUs aligned to growth milestones.
• Partner on business initiatives to translate priorities into compelling campaigns.
• Deliver integrated communications across media, executive, internal and digital channels.
• Own channel management (home, DLs, newsletters) tied to campaigns.
• Collaborate with Legal, Regulatory, Government Affairs and global Media Relations.
• Manage local agency relationships and leverage data/insights for effectiveness.
