Salary – National (Edinburgh and Leeds) ranging from £72,100 to £100,000 and London £79,300 to £110,000 per annum (Salary offered will be based on skills and experience)

The Economics Division at the FCA provides rigorous analysis to support evidence-driven decisions, ensuring financial services markets work well. High-quality analysis fosters trust and enables the taking of proportionate regulatory risks.
What will you be doing?
What will you get from the role?
Lead a high-profile team of approximately 10 Economists to address strategic questions on capital markets, and how financial services more broadly support economic growth, productivity and international competitiveness.
Collaborate across the FCA, academia and the wider regulatory family to support economic growth and market integrity and stability.
Have the opportunity to learn about, understand and shape the workings of the financial sector at a time of considerable change. You will have the opportunity to influence policy and deliver meaningful work that makes a real difference to consumers and markets.
