Strategic Director of People and Culture

£115,123 plus £5,000 car allowance and career average pension scheme

Vico Homes is looking for an expert in people and shaping organisational culture to take on the role of Strategic Director of People and Culture.

Built on the foundations of WDH, Vico Homes has big plans for the future! The organisation is one of the largest social housing providers in the north of England and is looking to grow, with ambitions to become the leading provider of homes with positive impact.

People are at the centre of everything. Colleague satisfaction is on the rise and Vico Homes’ customer satisfaction is higher than any other Yorkshire housing association. The organisation has plans for the biggest investment and reinvestment programmes in its history and people are key to that.

That’s why we’re looking for a strong leader with experience in HR, people and culture at a senior level to join the Executive Team and drive a positive culture, develop an outstanding colleague experience and embed the values: caring, confident, united and ambitious. It’s essential that you’re CIPD qualified and bring to us experience of career progression in a B2C environment, ideally in organisations which have grown and evolved during your tenure.
