Henry Blue Ltd, in partnership with a leading Further Education college in Merseyside, is seeking an experienced Director of Estates to lead the strategic development, management and performance of its estate.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this senior role combines strategic vision with strong operational delivery to ensure buildings, facilities and infrastructure are safe, compliant, sustainable and fit for the future.

Formación

• Senior estates leader with a track record of managing complex estates operations and delivering strategic and operational improvements.
• Experience developing estates strategies and planned maintenance programmes.
• Experience delivering capital projects and refurbishment programmes.
• Experience managing substantial budgets and procurement.

Responsabilidades

• Develop long-term estates and asset management strategy.
• Lead capital projects and estate improvement plans.
• Ensure statutory compliance, health and safety, risk management and regulatory obligations.
• Oversee maintenance, cleaning, security and facilities services.
• Manage estates budgets, procurement and supplier relationships.
• Drive sustainability, energy efficiency and environmental performance.
• Lead and develop estates and facilities teams.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and governors on investment decisions and reporting.
