Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for Design and Technology across Trust schools.
Develop and quality-assure schemes of learning aligned to the National Curriculum.
Lead curriculum development and drive improvements in student attainment.
Model outstanding teaching practice and raise teaching standards across the department.
Support professional development and grow talent within the Design and Technology team.
Oversee resource management and budgetary accountability within the department.
Represent the Trust at meetings with governors, staff, and parents.
