• Doctorate or equivalent with HCPC registration.
• Healthcare science clinical qualification or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated leadership and management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pan-North Wales Diagnostics and Specialist Clinical Support service.
• Develop and deliver service strategy, performance, activity and financial targets.
• Ensure safety, quality and governance align with organisational objectives.
• Provide leadership across staff and workforce performance.
• Drive service improvement and lean process initiatives.
• Maintain robust clinical and corporate systems and on-call rota participation.
