Job summary

Ubique Systems is seeking a senior Governance Lead to oversee board and regulatory governance for Data & Analytics. You will lead engagement with senior leaders to prepare papers and materials, ensuring timely approvals and sign-offs, and you will coordinate governance across global teams.

The role requires exceptional stakeholder management, strong written and visual communication, and proven experience delivering governance frameworks and committee secretariats.

Qualifications

• Experience producing board-ready papers and executive summaries.
• Ability to translate governance/analytics into clear messages.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across global functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead oversight of board and regulatory governance for Data & Analytics.
• Lead governance development, implementation and improvement across DAO and CTO/ COO.
• Organise and manage governance committees and act as secretariat where appropriate.
• Prepare committee materials and communications; ensure timely approvals and sign-offs.
• Engage subject matter experts across functions to message reports clearly.
• Coordinate responses to regulatory requests and questionnaires.
