Job summary

KPMG Audit Technology is seeking a visionary leader to establish and run the Business Solution & Service Design function. You will unify a fragmented portfolio into a cohesive, user-centric, service-oriented ecosystem, bridging business capabilities with engineering to drive value streams.

The role focuses on shaping strategic business initiatives through business capability, value stream, and user-experience lenses, with leadership across architecture, product, and design teams.

Qualifications

• Senior-level leadership experience in business architecture, product management, service design, or business transformation strategy.
• Proven ability to create and utilise business architecture artifacts such as capability maps and value streams.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end service design and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the Business Architecture: map capability, value streams and service design.
• Design high-level service blueprints showing users, processes and data flows.
• Lead app rationalisation to consolidate into service-oriented clusters.
• Translate business journeys into integration requirements for architects.
• Govern alignment to business capability maps and roadmaps.
• Advise senior leaders on technology-enabled business solutions and future-state planning.
