Job summary

KPMG LLP is seeking a Director, Business Solution & Service Design to lead a new function within Audit Technology. The role focuses on a business-outcome driven approach, aligning capabilities, value streams and user journeys with engineering execution to deliver a cohesive product portfolio.

The successful candidate will champion service design principles, drive application rationalisation, and partner with Architects to shape end-to-end user experiences across the landscape.

Qualifications

• Senior leadership experience in Business Architecture, Technical Product Management, Service Design, or Business Transformation Strategy.
• Proven ability to create and use business architecture artifacts including maps and value streams.
• Deep experience in large-scale, regulated professional services environments, ideally Big 4 Audit.

Responsibilities

• Develop and Own the Business Architecture: Create and champion enterprise-wide maps and value streams.
• Design Conceptual Service Blueprints for major initiatives showing end-to-end flows.
• Lead Business Application Rationalisation to streamline the portfolio.
• Translate Business Journeys to Integration Needs with Architects for data exchange.
• Govern Business Solution Alignment to avoid silos and misalignment.
• Act as a Strategic Advisor to business leaders and directors.
• Influence Technical and Product Roadmaps with business-architecture input.
• Represent Data & AI needs to guide connected data architectures.
• Team Leadership: mentor business integration analysts and UI/UX designers.
